Anniversary

Today my blog is celebrating its first anniversary. Thanks for tuning in, reading up, and listening. It’s been a quite a ride, I know. This blog has been a way to vent, exchange, and get awareness out about health care workers, patients that aren’t seen, and families that weren’t heard before and after Covid. We’re the people on “the other side” of that tall fence and hopefully get their story out. You just reading about someone helps more patients and healthcare professionals get seen, so thank you again. You are appreciated and your worth every sentence I write. Remember, everyone has a story so BE KIND, you never know what someone is or has went through. Hopefully I’ll be able to write for many more years to come, I have so many stories they just need to find the write time to come to life. Be blessed.

  1. Thank you for sharing your work with us Patty. Sorry I have much catching up to do. Most of my relatives are in the medical field and so I enjoy your stories because they remind me of home in a way. Keep writing.

  3. Congrats on your anniversary! I am aiming for one year, too and I’m publishing daily. It’s often a challenge. I love reading your behind-the-scenes stories about the health care system and those who work in and are patients in it. Keep going! I, for one, really appreciate what you do!

  6. I really enjoy reading your posts Patty, they give me an insight into the world of care workers, one that I may be joining soon as I’m considering a role as a Peer Support Worker for my local NHS mental health unit.
